Background and experience

Before joining hpc (formerly Mast Ireland) in 2010, Sheena worked at senior level in banking in Scotland and Ireland. In addition to leading the central operations team of over 500 people, Sheena was responsible for a number of high-profile change programmes. These included the launch of the Euro currency and implementing the largest banking technology programme on the island of Ireland. Sheena’s many years of people management experience make her well-placed to deliver development programmes and coach at senior level.
