Background and experience

Before joining hpc (formerly Mast Ireland), Sharon worked in the airline industry where she held a number of international operational, leadership and training positions. Working with people from various cultures, she managed a number of teams to exceed challenging goals.

Qualifications

Queen’s University Belfast graduate; honours degree in French and Spanish; accredited coach with the European Coaching Foundation; certified facilitator in psychometric profiling; member of the International Coaching Federation.
