Background and experience

Daire has over 25 years’ professional experience working at senior management level across many business functions. Prior to working in the training & development area, she was Managing Director of the Consumer Products Division within UDG Group Plc and previously held various marketing roles with Quaestus International and Enterprise Ireland (Dublin and Brussels). She is a non-executive Director of Amawele which promotes educational twinning between Ireland and South Africa.  

Daire recently co-wrote a book ‘Emotional Intelligence (EQ) – A Leadership Imperative!’ published for the international audience by Management Briefs. 

Qualifications

Graduate of Languages at Trinity College Dublin, Post-Grad Dip in Marketing (TCD/MII), Diploma in Coaching from Irish Management Institute (IMI),  Licensed practitioner of various psychometrics including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), RocheMartin ECR (inc. 360) and BarOn EQi.  Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and qualified Master Trainer (MasterTrainer Institute, Geneva). Business Mentor with Dublin City Enterprise Board. Member Association of Coaching (AC).
